Professional and recreational cyclists are drawn to our open roads, varying terrain, and low traffic volumes. Whether you’re looking for a leisurely family ride to view Ricardo Brecceda’s whimsical 'Sky Art' sculptures or to cycle the challenging Montezuma Grade—elevation gain of nearly 4000’ in less than 12 miles—Bike Borrego has a bike for you. We are your cycling resource while visiting Borrego Springs and Anza-Borrego Desert State Park.

Capt. Dave Duncan—a lifelong visitor to Borrego Springs, has spent most of his life sailing the high seas—enduring many years in the commercial fishing industry working in Alaska and the Pacific Northwest. He has also operated tugboats and passenger ferries on San Francisco Bay. 

Capt. Dave has decided to return to Borrego Springs, this time dropping anchor with his new venture, Bike Borrego. Dave leads the ebike tours. 

Dave is also a board member of the Borrego Valley Association, an elected official to the Borrego Water District, president of one of the Homeowners's Associations.
